Care Worker Opportunities with Allambi Care

As a Residential and NDIS Care Worker with Allambi Care, you will play a critical role in supporting vulnerable individuals in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care, building relationships, and administering medication, among other tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide around-the-clock care to clients, following a structured routine tailored to their needs
- Build relationships with clients and their families
- Administer medication as required
- Transport clients to and from appointments, school, and day programs
- Assist in the implementation of programs designed to promote client development
- Report writing and documentation
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- National Police Check
- International Police Check (if applicable)
- A current driver's licence
- Certificate of Completion: NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks
- Two professional references
- Willingness to participate in a Disqualified Carer's Check
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention
- A recognised relevant qualification
