Training & Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Training and Product Development Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class child health research hub that has evolved from its inception in the 1980s.

Inklings is an evidence-based program designed to support the social and communication development of 6-18 month olds.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining and implementing systems and processes to manage certification of practitioners, trainees and trainers.

  • Developing and Implementing Systems: You will design, implement and maintain systems to streamline certification processes, ensuring timely and efficient management of practitioner, trainee, and trainer certifications.
  • Training Materials Support: You will provide assistance to trainers in creating and updating training materials, including manuals, slide decks, and online content.
  • Product Launch Preparation: You will facilitate preparations for product launches, encompassing documentation, marketing materials, and training for key stakeholders.
  • Library Management: You will maintain a library of training materials and product documentation, guaranteeing that materials are current, accessible, and aligned with product updates.
  • Key Performance Indicators: You will track and measure key performance indicators related to training and product development, driving process improvements and outcomes.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong project management and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems, as well as an analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to improve processes and outcomes.
