Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee our kitchen operations, develop menus, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal, innovative menus that meet our brand expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food quality, costing, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive efficiency while maintaining creativity and quality.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a premium dining or high-volume venue.
  • Strong culinary vision with the ability to balance creativity and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, kitchen operations, and compliance.
  • Passionate about food trends, guest experience, and delivering excellence.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
