Job Title

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Operations Manager in NSW, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations for your region in NSW. This includes driving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, building effective teams, compliance to visual merchandising standards, profit management, and adherence to company policies and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for the region by implementing effective sales strategies and providing regular coaching to team members.
  • Analyse and follow up individual sales and KPI results for the region to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive a sales culture in all stores by facilitating training sessions and workshops to upskill team members.
  • Manage store wages and provide feedback to Store Managers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Drive and deliver exceptional customer service standards across the region by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Proactively recruit store management positions and assist stores with non-management roles with the support of Recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years multi-site experience (8 stores +) ideally in fashion retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • A strong inspirational leadership style that encourages team members to achieve extraordinary results.
  • Sales-driven and able to cascade this through the team by developing effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with Head Office support teams.
  • Experience in freestanding, concession stores, and outlet stores, with the ability to adapt to different store formats.
  • Highly organised and able to perform well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-driven, with a strong motivation to achieve business objectives.
