We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our dynamic retail environment.
- You will utilise your previous experience in customer service to deliver outstanding service, working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and providing product information and assistance, as well as managing inquiries, orders, and stock effectively.
- This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 per hour, plus superannuation and commission, providing opportunities for additional earnings through a great bonus structure based on performance.
