Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a natural sales focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising changes, including arranging product displays, maintaining store appearance, and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Stock Control: Support stock-takes, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stock management.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is desirable.
  • Rotating Roster: Ability to work rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Work Authorisation: Valid Work Authorisation for Australia.
