Accounts Clerk Position

We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Clerk to join our team based at Wayville.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our organisation through the undertaking of day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and other accounts support functions. This role would suit you if you have experience in a fast-paced diverse business, are positive and highly professional, and are eager to make a difference in the lives of young people across the state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate processing of AP with correct system allocation
  • Accurate processing of GST
  • Accurate processing of reimbursement requests and internal recharges
  • Monitoring and Actioning a shared inbox
  • Reviewing invoices and follow up with various purchasing departments
  • Preparing payment runs and ensuring on time payments
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of the AP functions and processes
  • Ability to enter large volumes of data in a timely manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A team spirit with strong interpersonal skills
