Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment, where you will have the chance to lead and develop a team of Guest Service Attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Attendants to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the park.
  • Coordinate and schedule staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or housekeeping environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with computerised booking systems and good computer skills.
  • First Aid Level 2 certification.
  • National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding.
  • Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent.
