HEAD HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED AT A RESIDENTIAL DEMENTIA CARE HOME


• £12.77per hour

• Full Time hours

• 30 hours a week 5X6 hour shifts across a 7 day week.

We have an exciting opportunity for Head Housekeeper to join our client in Marchwood Southampton.

Seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to maintain and lead the existing Happy team of housekeeper hero's in a purpose built Residential, Dementia Care Home based in, Marchwood Southampton.

Head Housekeeper will be responsible for


• Running the team/Department

• Keeping track of COSHH / Liaising with Managing Support in ordering.

• Keeping up to date of COSHH Data Sheets / Regulations around these areas.

• Documenting cleaning / Audits

• Liaising with Senior and carers regarding cleaning of rooms / Communal areas.

• Arranging deep cleans of rooms / Communal areas

As a Head Housekeeper do you have the qualities we are looking for


• Keen eye to attention, ensuring all areas are spotless and cleaned to a high standard.

• Very enthusiastic, self-motivated, caring, warm and vibrant person with professional and confident personality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge with computers / technology

• Ability to lead and work well in a team with at times having to work on own initiative.
