About the Role:
Dexus Units FP Stapled is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to lead the website transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the website transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing our digital presence.
- Collaborate closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, and content teams to ensure the website transformation project adheres to best practices in design, functionality, and user experience.
- Oversee content strategy and implementation, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project milestones are met.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly regarded.
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, with a focus on website development and transformation projects.
- Experience using project management software such as Wrike or similar.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of website development processes, including UX/UI design, content management systems (CMS), SEO, and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior leaders.
