The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape, with experience in sales and/or FMCG. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and negotiate sales agreements.
You will work closely with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. Additionally, you will manage casual merchandisers within your territory, continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships within your portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
- Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
