Transforming Workplace Health and Safety

We are seeking a dedicated Injury Management Specialist to play a key part in building a safe and supportive workplace, where wellbeing is a priority.

This role offers the opportunity to foster proactive wellbeing programs through collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate injury reporting and assessment in line with legislation and policy, implement and oversee rehabilitation programs tailored to individual employee needs, liaise with medical professionals, managers, and employees to support recovery pathways, develop and facilitate effective return-to-work plans, conduct risk assessments and recommend proactive strategies to prevent workplace injuries, provide ongoing advice, guidance, and support to staff throughout their recovery journey.

You'll succeed if you possess
  • A worker-centred approach to injury management and wellbeing.
  • Relevant qualifications or significant experience in injury management, occupational health and safety, or return-to-work coordination.
  • Understanding of workers' compensation legislation and rehabilitation frameworks.
  • Strong, empathetic relationships with employees, medical providers, and managers.
  • The ability to manage sensitive and complex situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • A proactive team player who is passionate about health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
