The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a critical role in ensuring their experience is positive and seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Positive Relationships
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare Patients and Facilities for Dental Treatment
    • Ensure that patients are prepared for their appointments, including completing necessary paperwork and providing them with information about their treatment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Deliver Quality Chairside Assistance
    • Provide support to our dentists during procedures, ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.
  • Provide Instrument Sterilisation and Infection Control Solutions
    • Ensure that all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Maintain and Implement Infection Control Standards and Procedures
    • Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities.
  • Patient Care from Entry to the Surgery and Recall Management
    • Ensure that patients are provided with clear instructions and information about their treatment, including follow-up appointments and any necessary medication.
