Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Technical Specialist

About the Role:

The IT Infrastructure Technical Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer-related products. This includes performing activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing these products.

This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
  • Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support to all End Users for Incidents and Service Requests.
  • Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
  • Work with Other Service Partners by providing physical support for Infrastructure at client locations.
  • Provide advice and assistance to End Users as required in connection with End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Services.
Requirements:
  • NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Experience in delivering IT support services.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong focus on providing customer service.
  • Problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Interest in developing a career in IT.
