We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tenant Experience Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The Tenant Experience Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and experience to our tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

This role will involve working closely with the tenant community, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth through customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to tenants
  • Identifying and resolving tenant issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance tenant experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [X] years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in property or facilities management
