Customer Service Professional

As a key member of the MedHealth Group team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients have seamless access to MedHealth's services, including Independent Medical Exams and other specialist services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customers proactively
- Foster superior client relationships through timely and effective communication
- Promptly address client inquiries and concerns in line with company procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client experiences
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an inbound phone-based customer service environment (preferably within the medical or insurance industry)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Word and Excel
