We are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team based in Townsville. This is a permanent full-time position offering excellent career progression and salary packaging options.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care to residents, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity. Your strong communication skills and experience in care roles will enable you to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional care.

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including self-care needs, mobility, and transfers.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and living with dignity, self-determination, and comfort.
  • Contribute to effective and consumer-focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 12 months' prior work experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Valid working rights in Australia and a National Police Check.
  • A Seasonal Flu vaccination and evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
