About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to the growth and development of our educators. As a Head of Learning Programs, you will have the chance to support the implementation of innovative early learning programs that foster a love of learning in young children.

You will work closely with centre leaders and educators to develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of all children. Your skills and experience will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and children, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with colleagues, families, and children
  • Leading and guiding teams in developing and implementing early learning programs
  • Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families
  • Supporting the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum

Requirements

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
