Job Description:

As a Trolley Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability of trolleys throughout our car parks and surrounding streets. This involves collecting trolleys from various locations using a vehicle, which requires physical fitness and adaptability.

You will be responsible for driving a trolley collection vehicle, collecting trolleys from car parks and nearby suburbs, pushing trolleys up a ramp onto the vehicle, collecting trolleys left in and around the store, and returning them to designated trolley bays. Additionally, you will perform pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, follow safety and operational procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection, and report any issues with unretrievable trolleys.

This role also entails completing cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required. You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian driver's license or a Provisional P2 driver's license (Green P Plates), possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current full (unrestricted) Australian driver's license or Provisional P2 driver's license (Green P Plates)
  • Physical fitness to transition from driving to physically collecting and loading trolleys
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday with shifts starting from 6am or 4pm
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
