**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Analyst to join our team. As a Test Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Test Lead to identify software and hardware defects, assess system capabilities against defined requirements, and collaborate with relevant departments to address issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Analyze System Designs and Requirements**: Analyze system designs and contractual requirements to determine suitable test criteria.
  • **Develop Comprehensive Test Plans**: Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios to validate system and device functionalities.
  • **Assist the Test Team**: Assist the test team during testing activities, providing necessary support.
  • **Participate in Test Meetings**: Actively participate in test team meetings, reviews, and planning sessions.
  • **Document and Report Defects**: Document and report discovered bugs and defects to relevant departments, collaborating on resolutions.
  • **Maintain Testing Records**: Maintain meticulous records of the system testing process, ensuring proper documentation to validate testing procedures.
  • **Provide Project Updates**: Provide regular updates to managers on project progress, issues, and any encountered challenges.
  • **Facilitate Customer Testing**: Potentially facilitate customer or user witnessed testing processes with professionalism and proficiency.
  • **Prepare Test Reports**: Prepare and deliver both interim and final test reports for project managers.

**Requirements:**

  • **Solid Experience in Testing**: Solid experience in testing with Rest API, C# and VBA.
  • **Bachelor's Degree**: Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years in the field.
  • **Test Case Management**: Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and plans.
  • **Test Management Tools**: Familiarity with test case and defect management tools like Jira.
  • **Defect Minimization**: Demonstrated effectiveness in minimizing defects in software releases.
  • **On-Site Work**: Ability to work fully on-site from the office, especially during test execution, as testing requires the use of various devices and there are restrictions on the movement of these devices.
  • **Flexibility**: Flexibility to work outside regular hours for collaboration with global teams.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • **Payment Card Technology**: Understanding of payment card technology.
  • **System Test Experience**: Past involvement in system test & integration and hardware development projects.
  • **Test Automation**: Test automation experience with tools like Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, FitNesse, JMeter, UL Brand Test Tool, etc.
