As a retail ambassador you are a key representative for a financial services provider. Your territory will cover retailers in the western region of Melbourne.

Your role will involve enhancing and growing relationships within a set portfolio of key retailers through relationship building, leveraging analytics, retailer insights, and your experience to identify opportunities to grow interest-free volume.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with store managers and their teams.
  • Delivering structured training to promote sales finance and ensure compliance.
  • Utilizing reporting to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Understanding retailer operations and enhancing their sales performance.
  • Providing on-call servicing during store hours.
  • Ensuring retail partners present our products compliantly to meet regulatory standards.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience in relationship-building roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to engage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building long-term relationships.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about sales finance products.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory risks.
