Investor Relations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping investor engagement strategies and delivering seamless communications. The Investor Relations Associate will work closely with senior leadership to drive participation in funds and syndicate opportunities, while enhancing the company's profile in the Victorian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting capital raises across managed funds and direct investment opportunities by providing exceptional service and ensuring responsiveness to investors.
  • Coordinating and executing investor events, roadshows, and meetings across Victoria, building strong relationships with LPs, wealth advisors, accountants, and other external partners.
  • Developing a pipeline of institutional and high-net-worth investors in the region through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts.
  • Acting as a key contact for investor communications, ensuring professionalism, compliance, and timely responses to queries.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, business, economics) or equivalent experience in investment management, wealth management, or venture capital.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating financial literacy, communication skills, and proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.
