Job Summary:

As a Hospital Food Preparation Assistant at Northern Beaches Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained in our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for all food service related areas of the hospital
  • Preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients and staff
  • Cleaning duties, including fridges and preparation areas, kitchen area, and dish wash area
  • Monitoring and recording of all relevant food safety data
  • General cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of food preparation areas

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Key selection criteria include:
