About the Role:

This is a permanent role with an immediate start date. As a BDA Instructional Systems Designer Level 2, you will provide comprehensive training support for our current and emerging customer training requirements on the Apache Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of customer training requirements and develop innovative, relevant, and engaging technical training support solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to evaluate documentation and validate training needs.
  • Develop and maintain the Apache Training curriculum across all substantive roles.
  • Conduct the development of training artefacts to support project processes.
  • Evaluate and update training materials in response to feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support all training delivery requirements.
  • Effective engagement with customer representatives and subject matter experts.
  • Support the conduct of Apache courseware validation to verify effective delivery standards of all new training materials, devices, and synthetic training technologies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of training.
  • Understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) or a Defence Training background.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Instructional Design.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
