Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Positive Behaviour Support team as a Clinical Psychologist or equivalent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop Positive Behaviour Support plans to improve the quality of life for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
- Work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify challenging behaviours and develop strategies to increase skills, improve emotion regulation, and reduce restrictive practices.
- Develop and implement PBS plans, providing training and regular follow-up and review to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements- Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Behaviour Analysis, Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, or Nursing.
- NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to become registered.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable).
- A car and licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one for a client-facing role.
