Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at BSS Employee Assistance. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to employees of resource sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling to support the mental wellbeing of employees
  • Deliver EAP services and mental health promotion
  • Support leadership teams to assist them in supporting their employees
  • Crisis intervention and support

Requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • At least 5 years of experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote locations
  • Resilience and adaptability to the FIFO work schedule
  • Experience and knowledge in gold standard evidence-based psychological treatment approaches
  • Experience working with couples and children desired
