Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing individual counselling, EAP services, and mental health promotion to support the mental wellbeing of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counselling to support the mental wellbeing of employees
- Deliver EAP services and mental health promotion
- Support leadership teams to assist them in supporting their employees
- Crisis intervention and support
Requirements:
- Full registration with AHPRA
- At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in remote locations
- Resilience and adaptability to the FIFO work schedule
- Experience and knowledge in gold standard evidence-based psychological treatment approaches
- Experience working with couples and children is desired
- Bilingual professionals are welcome to apply
