We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team at YMCA Brisbane's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service in Rochedale South. As an OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and implementing engaging and educational activities for children, including arts and crafts, sports, and music
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to play, learn, and grow
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of children and families
- Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or a related field
- Have a current First Aid and CPR certification
- Hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or be willing to obtain one
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
