In the role of Mobile Equipment Safety Trainer, you will collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional training solutions and outcomes.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with management regarding daily training schedules.
- Providing feedback on training effectiveness to site personnel.
- Verifying competencies for high-risk certifications.
- Adhering to operational and compliance processes.
- Reviewing and enhancing procedures to boost performance and job satisfaction.
- Utilizing and generating reports from our training management system.
- Ensuring that safety standards are integrated into training objectives.
- Facilitating safety education programs relevant to the industry.
- Identifying training requirements specific to operational needs.
- Conducting and overseeing training assessments as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities.
- Participating in ongoing training and development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- Certifications in Working at Heights and Confined Space.
- High-Risk Forklift and Elevated Work Platform certifications.
- Experience in open-pit mining maintenance operations.
- Proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
