We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to administer purchase orders and communicate with suppliers for a leading women's fashion brand.
Your Role
- Create and maintain product lines and stock orders by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in developing new product ranges and managing inventory levels.
- Oversee the shipping schedule and associated administration, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the product manager to prioritize tasks and manage critical deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of range plans and purchase orders, communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with the product manager to coordinate sample management, including online, marketing shoots, and visual merchandising handover.
- Monitor and track key delivery schedules to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the product manager in competitor and market trend analysis, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as a key liaison between departments.
About You
Qualifications
- A degree in fashion merchandising or a related field is preferred, along with a passion for supply chain management.
- Experience as a supply coordinator or in an administrative role within a buying/product team is advantageous, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus, as well as confidence working with Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with external suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
