At our leading global beauty retailer, we're passionate about expanding the way the world sees beauty by empowering individuals to unleash their inner ExtraOrdinary.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make a meaningful impact in the retail industry.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience that showcases our brand DNA and sets us apart from the competition.
  • Driving sales growth by exceeding KPIs and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development.
  • Utilizing data to support operational decisions and work closely with store management and fellow team members to achieve common goals.
  • Fostering open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with management.

You'll have the opportunity to work across all our categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Key requirements include:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Previous retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents our brand.
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Please note that this role requires flexibility and availability across 5 full days, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
