At our concept store, we're bringing together three of Australia's most loved beauty brands in one destination.

  • Introducing BeautyBar – a unique retail experience that combines the best of MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and esmi Skin Minerals.

We're looking for a skilled Beauty Therapist to support this exciting new concept and redefine what beauty retail can be. Ideally, you have experience in Makeup or as a Makeup Artist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive environment
  • Perform makeup and beauty services for customers, delivering tailored, professional experiences
  • Ensure high visual and operational standards across the store
  • Support the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences
  • Act as the key brand ambassador for BeautyBar in the local community
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Makeup or Beauty Therapy, especially within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience delivering exceptional in-store experiences through services or events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
