Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Production Planning Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Schedule production orders and manage material requirements planning (MRP) actions to optimize inventory levels, service quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve material shortages, escalating supply chain issues as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory, backorders, and production performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Support capacity planning, labor allocation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including payroll processing, training coordination, and uniform management when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning using enterprise resource planning (ERP)/MRP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
