Job Title: Support Care Worker

We are seeking support care workers to provide daily assistance and skills training in Warrnambool VIC.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be able to work independently. Multiple opportunities are available for day shifts sleepovers and active night shifts across home-based care residential care and group home support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with community access medication personal care and domestic assistance
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Part-time position
  • $35-$40 hourly rate
