Join the dedicated team at Lifes Good Services and Supports as a Support Worker focused on providing high-quality aged and disability care services. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting the clients' independence, well-being and quality of life in your care.

What you'll be doing
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care (qualified applications only), meal preparation, and household tasks and transportation - appointments and shopping
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in social and recreational activities
- Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Collaborating with the broader care team to coordinate and deliver integrated support
What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A dependable and responsible attitude towards fulfilling your duties.
- A caring, empathetic and patient approach when working with vulnerable clients
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel between client homes
- A commitment to upholding the values and principles of the aged and disability care sectors
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: $27.00 – $50.65 per hour
