Senior Clinical Care Manager

A high-energy Registered Nurse is sought for a leadership role in the provision of exceptional aged care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and accountability of clinical care delivery
  • Responsible for all aspects of clinical operations
  • Accountability for maintaining clinical accreditation standards
  • Investigation and reporting of serious incidents as per regulatory requirements
Further Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) assessments with the ACFI Liaison
  • Development of resident care plans using evidence-based documentation systems
  • Quality Performance Service (QPS) - Responsible for benchmarking performance reporting
  • Maintaining effective relationships with families, negotiating care planning outcomes
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Staff education and professional development initiatives
  • Recruitment, rostering, phone support, and human resource management in collaboration with the Centre Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering excellent resident care, and a commitment to developing a positive and respectful workforce culture.

Current AHPRA registration and a National Police Check are mandatory requirements.

This is an autonomous position reporting directly to the Family Centre Manager, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
