About the Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing our residents' wellbeing, training staff, and developing clinical care programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of carers and nurses to deliver exceptional resident care.
  • Develop and implement clinical care programs that improve resident outcomes.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Oversee clinic operations, including stock management and reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in nursing and current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursing management role, preferably in aged care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
