Pfizer is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical trials team. As a key member of our medical department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clinical studies.

About the Role:

This is a remote field-based position that requires strong project management skills and experience in clinical research operations. You will be responsible for managing clinical studies from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement study plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve study objectives
  • Manage site activation, monitoring, and data management processes
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Medical Writing and Biostatistics teams
  • Provide regular updates on study progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
  • At least 7 years of experience in clinical research operations, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, clinical trial design, and data management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRO oversight and vendor management

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location: This is a remote field-based position that allows you to work from anywhere. However, occasional travel to Pfizer offices or client sites may be required.
