We are seeking a highly skilled Disputes Resolution Team Leader to join our team at Cash Converters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the Disputes Resolution Team to achieve the best outcomes and resolutions for our customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end case management for customer complaints relating to lending products
  • Conduct thorough investigations of complaint issues raised within required time frames
  • Review lending decisions in line with credit policy, legislative requirements, and industry codes
  • Provide fair, practical, and timely responses to customers or their representatives
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal departments around improvement opportunities and provide advice where lending decisions could be improved

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a strong understanding of relevant industry guidelines and legislation.
