Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Team Leader to join our team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team members in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that high standards of food quality and cleanliness are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Follow recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods, maintaining consistency and presentation.
  • Prepare recipes as needed, anticipating and adapting to customer volume while minimizing waste.
  • Adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards, prioritizing the well-being of customers and staff.
  • Assist with daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining rooms, and general restaurant spaces, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform tasks necessary to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
