Product Specialist

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Product Specialist in the Container Freight Station department. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in container freight station related logistics and supply chain areas.

  • Investigate and devise solutions for complex CFS warehouse issues
  • Provide high-quality customer service through 2nd line incident management and support
  • Draft business requirements for new features and functionalities
  • Assess existing functionalities, recommending areas for improvement
  • Document supporting content and release notes
  • Analyse and document processes
  • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies, suggesting optimal business practices and system functionality/behaviour
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and solve for root cause
  • Conduct product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in container freight station related logistics/supply chain areas
  • Experience using CargoWise or similar software
  • A strong understanding of customs control process on cargo, international freight forwarding, and landside transport movements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated self-driven learning and self-development
