Overview

This is a key position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process from development through delivery.

The role reports to the Head of Production and plays a critical part in centralizing the management of seasonal production calendars and Time-and-Action plans.

The ideal candidate should possess strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills, as well as excellent systems skills and efficiency expertise.

Critical tasks include coordinating with patternmakers, suppliers, and factories to meet deadlines, maintaining strong relationships, negotiating costs and lead times, and overseeing sampling and pre-production processes.

Additionally, the Production Manager collaborates closely with design and development teams to maintain product integrity, enforces quality control standards throughout production stages, and identifies efficiencies in production workflow and supplier performance.

The required skillset includes 6+ years of experience in fashion production or product development, preferably in contemporary or designer RTW.

Key qualities include being highly detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure, with a strong understanding of garment construction, sampling, and critical path management.
