Enterprise Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver month-end close in line with a global timetable
- Coordinate group-wide consolidation with international finance teams
- Design and implement key finance policies across the organization
- Oversee the global finance risk matrix and drive continuous improvement
- Review key balance sheet reconciliations and maintain monthly consolidation
- Translate technical accounting advice into actionable insights
- Participate in the end-to-end external audit process
- Design and implement a robust global finance intercompany matrix
About This Role:
This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in group consolidation, technical accounting, and risk management across a complex, multinational structure. As Senior Manager, Financial control – Enterprise you will be responsible for delivering month-end close in line with a global timetable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting standards including IFRS and UK GAAP, as well as experience working with foreign subsidiaries and integrating acquisitions. You will also need to have advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, as well as strong finance systems experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Proven experience in complex ASX-listed groups
- Strong understanding of accounting standards including IFRS and UK GAAP
- Experience working with foreign subsidiaries and integrating acquisitions
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong finance systems experience
