Job Overview:

The Loss Prevention Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for employees, guests, and assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist the loss prevention team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building during and after business hours, including weekends, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Verify that doors are locked and the building is secure at all times.
  • Monitor the building environment for safety concerns and implement necessary adjustments to prevent accidents or incidents.
  • Lock and unlock areas of the building as required to accommodate daily activities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports on a daily basis.
  • Respond to employee/guest incidents and injuries, providing first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain fire safety equipment and conduct routine checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with evacuation procedures and other emergency situations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and present information to various stakeholders.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to perform calculations and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of percentage, ratio, and bar graph concepts to analyze data and trends.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
