- Plan and execute activities throughout the year that promote community engagement and social events.
- Respond promptly to tenant complaints and emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
- Process work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular unit inspections, including quarterly inspections.
- Maintain the property's curb appeal and aesthetic appeal.
