Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Officer to join our team at Bell Textron Australia. As a Stores Officer, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and control the receipt and delivery of parts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Allocate parts to Work Orders and Sales Orders, maintaining accurate records and traceability.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with workshop managers and external clients to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of parts.
  • Perform stocktaking and cycle counting, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Hold a current driver's license and forklift certification, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of warehousing experience, preferably in an aviation environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in receipt, dispatch, and stockkeeping, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and supply chain traceability.
  • Experience handling dangerous goods and holding a Dangerous Goods Air Acceptance certificate (or ability to obtain).
