About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Agricultural Sales Specialist in our Coffs Harbour AgriSolutions Store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing agricultural advisory and sales services to clients, building business partnerships, and sourcing new customers to achieve branch KPIs and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice to clients and build business partnerships.
  • Proactively source new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receipting, stocktake, and dispatch.
  • Process sales and generate quotes.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with great customer service and sales experience, who is able to meet deadlines and balance a range of work. A keen interest in an agricultural environment is essential.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and sales experience.
  • Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health, or Agronomy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, POS, and administration skills.
  • Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.
  • A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
  • Driver's license essential.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
