Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital innovation, helping clients unlock new possibilities with cutting-edge technologies. You will lead strategic engagements with key accounts, drive customer success and business growth, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer relationship end-to-end, partnering with an Account Technology Strategist (ATS)
  • Drive BDM relationships and AI Transformation
  • Use digital signals to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities
  • Lead on Commercial negotiations
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies
Qualifications

To best deliver on the purpose of this role, these core skills and experiences are expected:

  • 6+ years experience in account management, including development and execution of strategic account plans
  • Background in industries such as Retail, or relevant experience in consulting or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Established track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience closing large, complex agreements/deals
