About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our team of educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing educational programs that reflect current research and best practices in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with our school's philosophy and educational standards.
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and care to children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and planning individualized learning experiences.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized learning environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional learning opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an early childhood education setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current Working With Children Check and Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect (RRHAN) training.
