About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, including performance management, recruitment, development pathways, policy development, award interpretation, payroll support, and workforce planning.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage performance and coach employees to achieve their best.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze awards and develop return-to-work strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Support payroll processing and workforce planning to optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong understanding of IR/ER matters and injury management principles.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and modern awards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
